You have been great in this process, have been very patient and have made this easy for me so far.  I'd go as far as saying that if anyone calls you a 'salesman' that you should take offence to that ;)... You have been able to help me with the design of the building I wanted and also made me think about the design for future sale of the property. 

Your company is extremely lucky to have such a great employee who works for both them and the customer.  I wouldn’t hesitate to send any of my friends to you as I know that they would be given great service based on integrity.

Very seldom you come across a man who is upfront and honest. He is sincere and a treat to deal with. He helped us with the re-drawing of the plans with endless patience and had creative ideas to our benefit. Our dealings with him have left us with a lasting impression with assurance especially for someone who is doing it for the first time.

If ever there will be a need to build again, we'd be doing through him.

You were fantastic. You were the ONLY 'salesperson' that was able to interpret our needs and work on a solution. We didnt have the average requirements, and the oversized garage was too much for many companies to try and comprehend and put us in the too hard basket. Add that to a corner block with difficult boundaries and we were the nightmare client! :)

Your responses were timely, informative and if you didnt have the answer you would find it for us. Calling and emailing out of hours wasnt a problem for you and it was appreciated.

The information you gathered and the lengths you went to try and get the most accurate costing was evident when we went to tender. You definately went above and beyond for that garage!! The costing came in very close and there were no surprises. The garage costings did come back lower, however the savings were absorbed in other areas.

I am more than happy to provide more feedback and would recommend you to anyone and everyone as an excellent consultant.

The Very First Problem To Overcome When Building Your Dream!

There are many issues you will encounter when looking for a company to build your dream home. This blog tries to deal with all of these, but it occurred to me that there is one that is overlooked and because it is at the very start of your search, I thought it was worthy of special mention...

The issue I am referring to has to do with who it is that is actually selling you your new home. Is he/she just a 'Salesman'? It's hard to find salespeople that are experienced in Home Design and Construction so, more often than not, you might just be talking to a 'Salesman'...someone who has no idea about what he/she is actually selling you.

Whilst the issue of design etc., is important, there's also the issue of pricing up your new home. These 'salespeople', due to their inexperience, will also more than likely not allow for everything that is required (therefore underestimating costs) potentially leaving you to be surprised by a higher Tender price.

Be very careful to ask the questions that you need to ask especially if you need to make any changes in design or if your block is not the average block. There are too many variables to be able to list them here, suffice to say that you will need someone who has done this many times before and has ample experience.
