How would you describe your experience with me (George Kizana)
We've had a wonderful experience with you. We've seen quite a few building consultants before meeting with you and couldn't really tell whether they were genuine or not. However, once we sat down with you, we instantly knew that we are with the right builder.

And we also had a few laughs!

Yes we were very pleased when the tender came in lower than the estimate.

Around $5,000 lower than the estimate.

You were very knowledgeable about the estate where we are building and answered all our emails/phone/face-to-face questions promptly, honestly and to the point. Even though we're already in the Tender Acceptance stage, we feel that we can still contact you about any questions we may have. That's all you can ask for.

How would you describe your experience with me (George Kizana)
I have met few builders couple of times and each time they said same things with different price. When I first met George, from the beginning I liked his attitude. Whatever he told me I found that as very reasonable and quite accurate. His estimated price is very much similar to Tender price. So I have decided to go with Wisdom Homes.

Did your Tender come in below the estimate I provided.
I have changed few things after our meetings. So obviously price won't be the same.

We have enjoyed dealing with George and had a few laughs along the way. George has been very helpful as we didn’t know much to begin with.

Our tender came in approx. $1500 less than the quote George had provided for all the items that were listed so we were quite happy about that.

Positive at the moment. Hopefully our build (when the time comes) is all smooth sailing.

We were quite happy dealing with George. He explained everything clearly and enjoyed making all the changes and answering all our questions.

Honest, trustworthy, all details for the building process were laid out in detail, very approachable, quick turn around on details for questions, would always go out of his way to assist, transition to the next step was made easy, full of knowledge and was keen to find out our needs in a home.

From the first time we met you, we felt very confident in our decision to proceed with him. You were honest in all information you provided us with, and made us feel confident that we knew all of the information about the building process. Having never built before, we were going into this process “blind” and it was great to have you provide us with all of the information we needed, which is something that we had not received from other companies in our search for a home.

Our tender came in higher than the estimate you provided. Having said that, we added additional items to the tender, which you would have no control over. You also made it very clear that there could be variations to the contract. For the items we discussed with you, the tender was the same as you had estimated.
