Extremely pleasant experience. You took the time to prepare our plans ahead of the meeting, which meant that we could get started as soon as walked in for the appointment. You thoroughly explained the time frames and the process of building.
You also went through every line of the tender in detail and explained what they are and how much it costs, which is very helpful for first time builders.
We walked out feeling well informed and sure of our decision to build with you.

After a negative experience with another home builder George's honesty, reassurance and professionalism has put us at ease in what was a very nerve racking decision to attempt building again. We have very much appreciated the way George has handled the minor issues that have arisen thus far and the clear communication and assistance the whole of the Wisdom team have provided. It is still early stages however we are looking forward to the rest of the journey with George.

I have a paranoid personality and since this is our first building experience on our dream home, I am worried that people will take advantage or lie to me for their own personal interest but the first time I met George, I felt confidence on making this big financial decision. He answered all my questions truthfully, gave me an upfront cost on what to expect. He was transparent and very knowledgeable and professional to deal with.

I have been to a lot of different project home builders display homes and spoke to different people but George is an exception. His customer service is highly regarded and his know how is excellent and it will put your worries away if you are thinking of building your dream home which is your greatest asset in your lifetime. How would you describe your experience with me (George Kizana)
You have been great in this process, have been very patient and have made this easy for me so far. I'd go as far as saying that if anyone calls you a 'salesman' that you should take offence to that ;)... You have been able to help me with the design of the building I wanted and also made me think about the design for future sale of the property.
Your Company is extremely lucky to have such a great employee who works for both them and the customer. I wouldn’t hesitate to send any of my friends to you as I know that they would be given great service based on integrity.

It was a little over due to some changes I made and also with the issue with the salination on the land imposed by council. That was something out of your control though.
